We have an exciting opportunity within our Business Development Centre for a Service Plan Administrator to join our team!
As a Service Plan Sales Administrator, you will facilitate customer and dealership enquiries for the Service Plan product. The role is fast paced and varied and includes handling inbound calls and emails from customers, arranging cancellations and refunds ,bank account changes, assisting with payment issues as well as administrating various reports and data. We also assist with enquiries from our dealerships where you will handle various calls from service plan claims, service plan quote assistance, taking card payments and general enquiries.
This is a full time role, working 41 hours per week and we are offering a competitive basic salary of £22,500!
We are looking for the successful candidate to have strong administrative skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, can work under pressure, be computer literate. It would be advantageous if the candidate possesses Service knowledge.
