Vertu BMW MINI Durham are recruiting! We have some great opportunities for Vehicle Technicians to join our team!

We are offering a basic Salary between £24,000 and £40800 and an OTE between £30,000 and £44,800 depending upon skills and experience.

If you are a Vehicle Technician looking for more flexibility within your role we are offering a 4 working week between Monday-Friday with 10 hour and 12 hour shift options available to give you a better work life balance!

As a Vehicle Technician you will be a key member of our team, maintaining vehicles to the high standards as set out in our Health and Safety policy, carrying out inspections, repairs and services and handling and storing parts.

In addition you will be required to deliver an outstanding customer experience. As we have numerous opportunities, we would love to talk to you if your experience is from an independent dealer or volume franchise dealer.

PLUS sign on bonus of £1,000, plus another £1,000 in month 13 of your employment!

The packages we are offering are dependant upon experience and accreditation however you can expect packages as below:

• Prep Technician/Service and Maintenance Technicians OTE's of up to £35,200

• Service and Diagnostic Technicians OTE's of up to £37,600

• Senior Technicians OTE's of up to £40,000

• Master Technicians OTE's up to £44,800

All of our technicians are provided with full manufacturer training and development to further their career. So if you want to specialise in building your accreditation within a specific brand or multiple brands, we will be there to support you.

To become a member of the Vertu team you will need the following:

• A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3

• A full Driving Licence

• Your own full set of Tools
