Carlisle CUPRA In The Running For Top UK Dealership Award

Vertu CUPRA Carlisle is in contention to be crowned the best-performing dealership in the UK, after being named one of just four national finalists in the ‘Performance in People BMS Champion Awards’.
Selected from over 5,300 mystery shops conducted in the first quarter of 2025, the Carlisle site stood out among more than 58 CUPRA retailers nationwide for its consistently high standards in customer service and engagement.
The awards, run by customer experience specialists Performance in People, assess dealerships on professionalism, product knowledge, and the overall quality of the customer journey. The dealership is now in the finals of the awards, with the winner set to be unveiled early next year.
