Mike Holland, Vertu Accident Repair Centre Exeter Manager, said: “The team here genuinely care, and that shows in the feedback we’ve had. Getting a perfect net promoter score is no small feat, as it means that every single customer who rated us would recommend us to someone else. I couldn’t be prouder of everyone.”
Robert Forrester, Chief Executive of Vertu, said: “This kind of result doesn’t happen by accident. It’s the product of a culture where quality and care are a source of pride.
“VARC Exeter has quietly gone about delivering outstanding service, and it’s great to see that effort being acknowledged so publicly."
