Vertu MINI York Named BEV Retailer Of The Year At National BMW & MINI Awards
Vertu MINI York has been named as BMW MINI’s top electric vehicle retailer in the UK for a second consecutive year at its annual awards held in Munich.
The Clifton Moor Gate dealership, which employs 70 colleagues, has had a standout 24 months, led by Head of Business Chris Burnham and MINI Brand Manager Lucy DiClemente.
The dealership was named Best Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV) Retailer of the Year, and commended for its customer-focused approach, deep product knowledge and determination to support drivers making the switch to BEVs.
MINI York has been one of Vertu’s standout EV performers over the past year, consistently delivering strong results in an area seen as strategically vital for the Group.
The BEV award was one of two collected by the dealership during the ceremony as it also picked up the coveted Regional Retailer of the Year – which was also retained from the 2024 awards.
To mark the remarkable achievement and thank the entire team, Vertu’s head office is funding a full dealership night out to celebrate their success.
