Vertu Repair Master Names New General Manager
Vertu has named Dominic Evans as the new General Manager of its mobile bodyshop service Repair Master.
Dominic will take up the role alongside his existing commitments as General Manager of Vertu Cosmetic Repair and brings more than 25 years of experience to the position having first joined Vertu as an apprentice in the late 1990s.
Repair Master operates across the UK with a fleet of specialist vans operated by trained technicians, who can provide high-quality bodyshop work for customers at a location to suit.
Alongside carrying out repairs to scuffs, scratches and dents on bodywork, Repair Master technicians are able to utilise mobile, enclosed spray booths to carry out paint repairs – providing a flawless finish without the need for a vehicle to be taken to a dedicated paint centre.
Cutting-edge diamond cut lathes fitted to Repair Master vehicles also allow for alloy wheel refurbishment work to be carried out on the move.
As General Manager for both Vertu Repair Master and Vertu Cosmetic Repair, Dominic will now be responsible for overseeing a combined total of more than 150 technicians, all of whom have extensive knowledge and expertise required to deliver high quality repairs with outstanding results for customers.
Dominic Evans, said: “I’m both pleased and excited to take up this role overseeing Vertu Repair Master.
“At a time when people are increasingly busy, our mobile services are more popular than ever and I’m looking forward to helping drive the business forwards alongside our expert technicians.”
Neil Hall, Group Bodyshop and Cosmetic Repair Director at Vertu, said: “Dominic brings a wealth of experience in successfully operating and scaling high-performing mobile repair businesses, and is the perfect person to oversee our Repair Master service.
“With the knowledge and experience he has gained over his career with Vertu, I’m confident that Repair Master will continue to go from strength-to-strength.”
