My husband and my best friend have both had excellent service from Bristol Street in Stroud. The Sales Executive is honest, full of integrity and has an exceptional rapport with their customers. Their advice is without pushiness, they listened to what I needed and gave me time to make up my own mind without any pressure. They would be an asset to any company and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. The passion for their trade is admirable. I do hope they get recognition for their absolute dedication to the company.

My car was in for service/MOT and the whole process was extremely smooth and efficient from booking all the way through to completion of the work. In particular, the Service Advisor was extremely helpful, answering a number of questions that I had and provided very useful advice throughout. Sometimes different elements of service/MOT/repairs that need to be completed can be confusing (to me anyway), but the Service Advisor's help meant that this time is the first that I have came away from a service/MOT and fully understood the information provided to me. The clarity of advice and information is extremely important so I am grateful for this and I am sure many others are as well.

I have recently bought a Fiesta Vignale from Bristol Street Stroud. This was about the fifth car I have bought from Stroud due entirely to the really excellent service I get from the sales team and in every case served by the same Sales Executive. They are an exceptional sales person, listens to what I want and then puts great effort in to achieving a good outcome. My last car was difficult to source as I wanted an automatic at high spec. The Sales Executive managed to find the car and spent time making sure it met my requirement. I am extremely pleased with it and all thanks to the brilliant service by the Sales Executive.
