Honda Durham

All the staff at Honda Durham over the years have constantly been supportive and helpful in my previous Honda and in my purchase of the new hybrid, this high standard has continued and never wavered.

Thank you to the Sales Executive for their sound and helpful advice when looking to change my car from diesel to hybrid/petrol. Always pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly - making it easier to part with my hard earned cash. Process from buying to collecting car was effortless.

Initially we went into MOT our old Civic, the service department were fantastic as usual and I got chatting with them about the new Honda Civics. I just said that if I was going to pay that sort of money on a new car, I'd rather have that Civic Type R which was out on the forecourt. I then spoke to the Sales Executive who was fantastic. They talked us through the deals available and how PCP's worked and we had a test drive, which we loved. The next day we went back to the dealership and bought the car. The Sales Executive was fantastic with us, we really appreciated it. Been using Honda Durham for around 6-7 years now and have had nothing but great service from them. I would highly recommend them.

I have now had my new Honda for two weeks and have nothing but praise for the Sales Executive. They gave me such confidence and help with the purchase and I would most certainly trust them to deal with any purchase I may make in the future.
