I am writing to give feedback on the Sales Exec at BSM Mazda Redditch. From day one of speaking to them, they have gone above and beyond to make my whole transaction fast, informative and most important stress free. They have gone above and beyond on more than one occasion to make me feel like a truly valued customer. They even put a sheet over my car on collection day to make it really special. Something I have never had before (even when buying brand new cars from dealerships). They have been utterly incredible and I cannot thank them enough.
I am currently driving my fourth Mazda 6 purchased from Bristol Street Mazda Redditch. We also had a Fiat 500 on a PCP that is due to come to an end in September and along with the tax changes in April I was unsure what to do. I e-mailed in and someone willingly gave up some of her time to look at what options were available giving us some of the options we could take. The information was provided to me and before I made a decision I asked if my wife could come and look at the car before we made a commitment to purchase. I am happy to say that we took delivery yesterday of a Mazda 2 Sport Black. It is a great car, much better than I thought we would get thanks to the hard work of Bristol Street coming up with the deal. The car was delivered on time, what a great team to deal with at Mazda Redditch. Many thanks for all of your help, hard work and delivering a great car, it is very much appreciated.
I have not used a main dealer for a long time but my experience on 2/3/16 at your dealership was very good.The young lady who greeted me was polite,helpful and knowledgeable .Please pass on my thanks as being hard of hearing can be difficult for me to understand what is being said.
