I just want to say a massive thank you to the Service Advisor and the workshop team for sorting my tyre yesterday. When I experienced a rapid Puncture on the York Ring Road. I limped into your Branch and experienced real kindness and efficiency as the Workshop removed a large nail from the Tyre and mended it for me. However, the team also went above and beyond. They kindly found Fridge space for the Ice Cream melting away in my shopping bags and did their very best to get me back on the road as rapidly as possible. I am sure a puncture is a little thing for a Car Dealership, but for me, on a very busy Ring Road, miles from home, it was stressful. Knowing the team at my Dealership are so supportive is a massive part of what makes me a real Mini fan.
