I visited Nissan Bradford on 7th May. I have a chronic back condition and needed to try the seats in SUVs. If I found a seat that had the potential to be comfortable for me, I wanted to do a test drive. The sales executive was incredibly helpful. They listened to everything I needed from a vehicle and spent some time trying to find the right car for me. They were polite and friendly all the time and I did not feel under any pressure to purchase the vehicle. They made it very clear that their aim was to find a car that was suitable for me and I really appreciated their approach. I had already visited a number of dealerships and I can honestly say that the experience with them was the best I had all day. If only all sales people in the industry used their sales technique! I recently had an issue with the windscreen of the car I bought last September. I just wanted to say that the service I received from the Service Advisor was superb. They kept me well informed of the progress of the issue & were friendly and polite. They are credit to your business.
I am writing to compliment a member of your staff for exceptional customer service. Today I needed to bring my motability car in for the air conditioning. The service advisor acted with the normal excellent customer service of all Bristol Street Motors staff, however they stood out from the rest for their compassion. I use a walking stick and we had to walk to my own car for the visual check then back to the courtesy car. They made a point of asking me if I needed a break in walking. They did this without making me feel pitied. This is the first time anyone has actually taken the time to understand my mobility issues in that way and I truly appreciated it. What may seem a little thing to some can mean a great deal to someone else. I would be grateful if you could pass on my thanks and appreciation to the Service Advisor and their manager. I am also very impressed at how all staff there are taking sanitisation so seriously. I have not seen the same level anywhere else. Bristol Street Motors Bradford is to be commended.
