Great deal on the car but a sticky start and a happy ending! I had asked for a specific date to get the car for my wife's bday and it was agreed it would be here in time. Six days before I got a call saying it would be late. I was gutted. I called the Sales Exec very upset and told him how important it was to me to get the car on time. He said there was a very slim chance he could do anything to change it BUT hey presto.... the man pulled it off and the car arrived on my wife's bday. Amazing result

I have now had my car from Vertu for just over a week and I am in love! I was not directly involved in the initial stages but subsequent contact and requests have been completed fast and efficiently and the car is - or was immaculate - it could now do with a clean!! I would use Vertu in future for sure and would be happy to recommend!
