Banbury Colleague Earns National Recognition At Vertu Masters Award
A Banbury-based fleet administrator has been recognised on a national stage after being named ‘Colleague of the Year’ in the Peugeot Division at the prestigious Vertu Masters Awards.
Tom Bradshaw, who works at Peugeot & Hyundai Banbury, received the accolade as part of the annual awards programme, which celebrates the achievements of the highest-performing non-management colleagues across the Group.
In his role, Tom takes responsibility for thousands of fleet transport movements, with his attention to detail and dedication ensuring that the fleet operation runs as smoothly as possible.
Alongside his core responsibilities, Tom has taken on additional duties as a multi-site health and safety coordinator, playing a crucial role in ensuring both sites operate to the highest standards.
His proactive approach and attention to detail help maintain a safe environment for colleagues and customers alike.
Tom is known for his strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond, regularly starting his day early to carry out essential safety checks, identify potential risks and ensure compliance requirements are met.
His commitment to supporting the wider team and maintaining high standards has made him an invaluable member of the business.
