Bristol Street Motors Ford Gloucester, which has a team of experts who collectively have more than 150 years’ experience in the motor trade, has appointed a new Workshop Controller.

Steve Whitefoot will bring a wealth of experience in the motor trade to the Bristol Road dealership after being appointed to the position, where he will oversee the team of Technicians, including three apprentices.

He joins the dealership under General Manager Chris Rich, who has more than 25 years in the industry and has been in charge of Ford Gloucester for two years.

Heading up the sales teams are New Car Sales Manager Simon Bill, who has been with the dealership for 15 years, and Used Car Sales Manager, Tony Hothersall, who has 15 years experience in car retail.

A comprehensive Aftersales department is available on-site with fully qualified technicians, who are able to offer a full service package on many models. The team is trained in using the latest vehicle diagnostic technology for Ford and they are qualified to work on all other makes of car.

Service Manager Mark Neecham, who has worked at the dealership for six years, and Parts Manager Bob Taylor, with more than 40 years’ experience in the motor industry, is in charge of the Aftersales team. They are supported by Body Shop Manager Kevin Howell, who has worked for Bristol Street Motors for the past decade and has 20 years’ experience in a body shop.

Commercial Fleet Manager Chris Rogers looks after business customers. With 20 years experience in the motors trade, Chris is able to find the solution to fit every company, no matter how large or small.

The dealership is an approved Motability franchise, with a Motability specialist, familiar with the local area and the needs of Motability customers, on hand seven days a week to help customers make the right choice when considering a vehicle purchase. Customers can book an appointment or just drop in for an informal chat.

There is a wide range of finance packages available and customers are encouraged to visit the dealership to discuss their options further.
