Truro Service Advisor Tops Jaguar Land Rover Customer Service Rankings
An automotive professional from Truro has been recognised by Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) after being named the top-performing Service Advisor across the manufacturer's UK retail network.
Toby Yates, who works at Vertu Truro Land Rover, earned more Gold Stars than any other advisor in the country through JLR's Net Promoter Score (NPS) programme during the third quarter of the year.
The programme recognises colleagues who consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences, and measures customer satisfaction by asking how likely they are to recommend the brand, dealership or individual colleagues based on their own experience.
Toby's success reflects his ongoing commitment to delivering the highest standards of customer service and the positive experiences he provides for customers visiting the dealership on Cornwall Business Park in Redruth.
Over the July to September period, Toby achieved more perfect customer survey scores than any other Service Advisor across the JLR's UK network, securing the highest number of Gold Star awards and putting him on top of the national rankings.
