Vertu Brings Renault, Dacia Sales Back To Mansfield
Award-winning automotive retailer Vertu has reintroduced new car sales to its Renault and Dacia site in Mansfield, with the range offered by both manufacturers once again available to customers.
The dealership, located on Southwell Road West, initially offered new Renault and Dacia models for sale back in 2015 when the brands joined the existing Hyundai site.
Although the dealership reverted to exclusively selling new Hyundai models in early 2024, it has continued to operate as a Renault and Dacia Authorised Repairer, supporting existing customers in the local area.
With Renault in particular experiencing strong growth in UK sales following the introduction of award-winning models like the reborn Renault 4 and Renault 5, new car sales are now returning to Mansfield as the manufacturer strengthens its retail network.
The reintroduction of Renault and Dacia sales to Mansfield means Vertu now operates a total of ten sites across the UK offering the full range of models from the two manufacturers.
The Mansfield site will also continue to offer a full sales and aftersales service for Hyundai, having been named as one of the best dealerships in the UK by the leading independent review platform JudgeService.
Lauren Geary, Workshop Controller at the dealership, was also named Workshop Controller of the Year by Vertu earlier this year as part of the Group’s annual management awards.
A number of career opportunities are available within the dealership as part of the reintroduction of the two brands.
James Ashley, General Manager at Vertu Renault & Dacia Mansfield, said: “We are delighted to bring new car sales for both Renault and Dacia back to the dealership.
“Although we have continued to offer aftersales support to our Renault and Dacia customers in recent years, it is exciting to now have the opportunity to offer sales of a wide selection of models available across both ranges, such as the Renault 5 and the Dacia Bigster.
“With our award-winning sales and aftersales service for Hyundai continuing at the dealership, we look forward to welcoming customers – both new and returning - to the site to explore the full range of vehicles available.”
Robert Forrester, Chief Executive of Vertu, said: “The success of the team working at the Southwell Road dealership speaks for itself, and we’re thrilled to expand the offering at the site to include new car sales for both Renault and Dacia.
“Having regularly scored highly amongst our Hyundai customers for their experience at the dealership, I have no doubt that people looking for a new Renault or Dacia model in Mansfield and the surrounding area will be in safe hands with James and his team.”
