Damion Warren-Harrod, who works at SEAT & Cupra Carlisle, received the accolade for the SEAT division as part of Vertu’s annual awards celebrating the achievements of high-performing non-management colleagues.
Damion has built an outstanding reputation for delivering exceptional customer service, consistently achieving top feedback scores and earning high praise from customers.
His commitment to going the extra mile has not only resulted in industry-leading reviews, but also recognition beyond the business, including acknowledgement from the Houses of Parliament following his success in a customer service mystery shop programme.
