Vertu Motors opens first Volkswagen dealership
Vertu Motors, the UK’s sixth largest automotive retailer, has officially opened its first Volkswagen dealership in Boston.
Vertu Motors recently acquired the two existing Volkswagen sites for £3million – the Boston dealership and a second site located in Lincoln.
The site, which is located on Marsh Lane Boston, is the first Vertu dealership of its kind and offers a range of 30 new cars and 60 used cars on display at any one time.
The team at the new look Vertu Volkwagen dealership boasts 100 years of motoring experience, led by Branch Manager, Martin Brown who has been on site for five years and has 24 years in the motor industry.
Service Manager, Domenico Carchedi, has over 20 years experience with VW and Audi and Neil Harrison, Sales Manager who has been with Vertu for five years has more than 10 years experience in the sector.
Christopher Gill is the experienced Master Tech and heads up a team of four who are all Volkswagen trained. Gary Clare, Business Manager, has worked at this site for 14 years and knows many of the regular customers. There are also four local apprentices: Ryan Bristow in Parts, Technician Mark Grant, Sabrina Lees as Service Advisor and Roxanne Bland in Sales.
Motability is looked after by Gary Clarke and Ross Taylor, who are available across seven days and have the knowledge to assist every customer in making the right decision to choose the vehicle that best suits their individual motoring needs. The team have the expertise to advise on the Motability Scheme, which enables disabled people to exchange either their Higher Rate Mobility Component of the Disability Living Allowance or their War Pensioners’ Mobility Supplement to obtain a new car, powered wheelchair or scooter. A full range of Motability vehicles from the Polo to a Tiguan are available with 0% deposit available on selected models.
