Ilkeston Bristol Street Motors dealership wins national customer service award

Bristol Street Motors Nissan in Ilkeston has been recognised by Nissan for the second time for its fantastic customer service.

The Derby Road dealership was a top performer in the Customer Quality (Aftersales) category, an award based on customer feedback over the business quarter.

The accolade means that the Ilkeston dealership has provided excellent customer satisfaction results across the Nissan network. This is the second time that the dealership's care for its customers has been recognised by the car manufacturer.

Jon Battison, General Manager of Bristol Street Motors Nissan Ilkeston, has commended his team, describing them as: "always prepared to go the extra mile to ensure that a customer's expectations are met."
